We understand that student organisations have a large turnover of staff every year, with new sabbatical officers and student staff, all of which require training in many different areas within the handover period. BAM understands that this is a difficult period, so we have developed the web system to make life as easy as possible.

If an admin user has no web knowledge, our system is easy to use… with a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor system similar to word processors like Microsoft Word. If a student organisation member has knowledge of HTML, this may also be used as direct input can be handled by our system.
Administrators can quickly and easily develop their site from scratch with a few hours self training through our resource system which is available in any area of the admin panel. Whether it be hints and tips or problem solving, the resource guide has everything you need to maintain your site effectively. This useful resource guide can also be found at bamstudent.com/resource.
BAM are always available to go through any issues a student organisation may have. We pride ourselves on our customer service levels and our response times, BAM has always had a strong core company policy of added value and premier customer service and support, this runs throughout the whole of our group including our orbamic student website systems. We are confident that we are achieving these high levels of service and our membership will concur, with this system our member student organisations come first before all other elements and this will be echoed throughout this document.
Development of our system is constantly progressive and forthcoming. As we have the advantage of self-building and designing our system, our development is more rapid and we have a clearer understanding of the product. A self created system is easily adaptable and malleable, so development of new facilities and features continues to advance at a very healthy speed. All elements within the following pages has been developed and integrated since our launch in June 2005. If we can achieve all this in such a small space of time, imagine the possibilities for the future of our network.

The look and feel of a website should reflect the organisation running it and our home page designs are very flexible. Both BAM and the organisation can discuss this lay-out and visual statement. You do not have to conform to a set template for your website and depending on which package you take with us, there are many exciting and visually stunning design systems we can provide. Our system allows administrators with the correct permissions to customise the site, to bring it in line with its corporate identity, making sure the users know at a glance who the site belongs to. The system also allows the changing of its look in an instant to reflect a special day or an activity, which you need to make prominent. With BAM your website can be independent and unique.
